The Work Objectives of Employees as known as SKP is a systematic appraisal process carried out by the appraisal official on the work objectives of employees and the work behavior of civil servants regulated in Government Regulation article 1 paragraph 2 No. 46 of 2011.
Performance appraisal of civil servants aims to guarantee the objectivity of civil servant development that is carried out based on work performance systems and career systems that are emphasized on work performance systems.
